What is WUUA?
Western Underground Utilities Alert Inc. (WUUA) is a collaborative forum of utilities, contractors, and public agencies focused on safe excavation and underground utility damage prevention. We share best practices, coordinate on locates, and promote 811 awareness.

- 811 outreach: Increasing public awareness of the free 811 service—helping homeowners, contractors, and businesses know to call before they dig to protect lives and infrastructure.
